SHIPPING COSTS

FREE Standard SHIPPING for all orders over $100

Standard postage on all parcels is $10 or $16 for Express Shipping.

WHO IS OUR COURIER SERVICE?

Sendle is our first preference because at Zen and Relax Co we like to ship sustainably.

Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping service, that means they deliver your parcel while taking care of the planet, also offering compostable satchels and competitive pricing.

Australia Post is our alternative and If you select express shipping at checkout then your parcel will be sent via Australia Post. The packaging will either be a recyclable cardboard box or a compostable satchel.

TRACKING MY ORDER

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days excluding public holidays. Depending on the destination delivery will take between 2-5 business days. If your parcel is sent via express post, you can expect delivery between 1-3 business days.  Please note that these are delivery estimates provided by our couriers.

Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network (impact of Coronavirus). Please allow some extra time for your parcel to arrive.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

The parcel will be left in a secure location if possible. If there is no secure location to leave the parcel unattended, a card will be left for you to re-organise delivery or to collect your delivery from the nearest Australia Post office or Sendle Collection point.

Zen and Relax Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

At present Zen and Relax Co only ship within Australia, please send us an email to hello@zenandrelaxco.com.au as we would love to hear from you and notify you if we begin delivering our products to your country.

PLEASE NOT THE FOLLOWING

  • If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will incur the standard shipping fee of $10.00 so we can re-send the package.
  • In the event you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will contact you directly to make new arrangements.
  • Please open your items with care, as we cannot refund you for items that are damaged after you have received it.
  • Zen and Relax Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
