RETURNS POLICY

If you have received a product that is deemed to be flawed, you may request to return new and unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you receive a flawed product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days via email and include your order number, reason for return and any images to support the reason for return.

Do not ship or return goods back to us prior to receiving an approved return confirmation sent by a member of our team.

Once approved, you will have a further 7 days from the date of approval to return the goods. We will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage or replace the faulty product.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; Unfortunately no refunds can be made for products that have been used or if you have changed your mind.
